You get a written plan naming the scent and strength for every function, so the day changes as guests move through it.

  2. Mehendi and haldi

    Fresh, green and light, for daytime and open air.

  3. Sangeet

    Warm and festive, strong enough for a full dance floor.

  4. Ceremony

    Chandan, held at a quiet level and kept well away from the sacred fire.

  5. Dining

    Kept clear, so food and fragrance never compete.

  6. Reception and farewell

    Silk & Sandal for the evening, and favours in the same scent for every guest.

    Which scents, where each one goes and how strong, worked out from your venue, guest count and timeline.

  3. Step 3: A written quote

    The machines, the zones and the full price including GST, before you pay anything.

  4. Step 4: Install, tune, remove

    We set everything up, adjust it as the room fills and take it away afterwards.

Questions

How early should we enquire?

Six to twelve weeks before the wedding is ideal, so there is time to plan each function. Vaasara is preparing to launch, so send an enquiry and we will tell you in writing what we can take on for your date.

Will the scent clash with the flowers or the food?

No. We zone the scent: dining areas are kept clear, and the accords are chosen to sit with your flowers rather than fight them. Intensity is set low near food and raised where guests gather.

Is it safe for elders, children and guests with allergies?

We keep intensity gentle, avoid enclosed spaces where people sit for hours, and offer a gentler range for sensitive guests. Allergen information for every accord is available on request. Diffusers are never placed near the sacred fire or lamps.

Can you work at our venue outside Chennai?

We are based in Chennai and plan to work across India. Outside Chennai, travel is quoted separately.

Can we have a scent made only for our wedding?

Yes. With Bespoke Atelier we create an original accord, and your guests take it home as favours.

What does it cost?

Essence starts at ₹35,000 + GST for one zone and up to 250 guests. Signature, for 251 to 800 guests, starts at ₹1,25,000 + GST. You receive a written quote before you pay anything.
