About Vaasara

A florist does not sell stems. A florist sells a decision. We do the same for the most emotional of the senses.

Smell reaches the memory centres of the brain by a shorter path than sight or sound. That is why a hotel lobby, a grandmother's kitchen or a wedding hall can return to you, whole, years later.

Until now, nobody let you choose it. Vaasara is a scent design house: we translate your mood, your venue and your rituals into a fragrance the room will wear, then we install it, tune it live and take it away.

One invisible detail, designed.

Scent behaves differently in a forty-foot atrium than in a low banquet hall. Our process makes an invisible variable choosable, comparable and reliable.

    Discovery

    A venue walkthrough or floorplan review: volume, ceiling height, HVAC, guest count, the function timeline, your cultural brief and the catering menu.

  2. 02

    The Scent Menu

    Smell six to eight shortlisted accords on blotters and in ambient trial, at our Studio, at your venue, or through a Discovery Box by post.

  3. 03

    Zoning plan

    We map scent across the guest journey, from arrival to exit, so the evening unfolds as a story rather than a single flat note.

  4. 04

    Technical design

    Diffuser selection and placement, dosage, and an intensity curve timed to your schedule, so a moving crowd feels a steady presence for hours.

  5. 05

    Live delivery

    Installation, calibration and, on premium tiers, an on-site scent stylist adjusting in real time as doors open and the room fills.

  6. 06

    Afterglow

    Take-home favours in the exact accord of your event: sachets, travel sprays, candles or reed sets.

Allergens disclosed on every data sheet, a hypoallergenic sub-library for clinics and sensitive guests, and redundant diffusers on every critical zone. If a zone fails to perform, it's refunded in full.
